Required Observations#

• Active managed memory is removed from the selected scope.
• Git history and distributed copies are explicitly out of scope.

Forbidden Outcomes#

• Claiming complete erasure or Git-history deletion.

Passing Criteria#

The erasure scope is accurate and bounded.
